A couple of days ago I shared a Mint Macaron themed card and I am again today spotlighting the yummy soft shade. I started with a 12" x 12" piece of DSP and scored it at 3", 2.5", 3", and 2.5". Then I trimmed off a 1/2" and turned the paper 90 degrees and scored at 2.5". I clipped along the bottom scorelines to create the tabs needed to form the box bag.
The scrumptious ribbon is the NEW 5/8" Striped Ribbon in Mint Macaron. Hanging from the bow is a 2" wide tag which I embellished hand painted watercolor Botanical Builder flowers. The sweet greeting is also NEW. It comes from a set called Layering Love. I will share more from this set later ;0)

Soft Spring Tones
I have used the Sunburst Thinlets Die with the Balloon Framelits to cut all the shapes for my card. The texture was created with the Softly Falling TIEF. I used my Aquapainter and inkpads to watercolor the balloons and banners. The colors include Mint Macaron, Pear Pizzazz, Blushing Bride, and gold from the sequins and embossing powder.

Hello, Hello, Hello
It's a smokin' color challenge from Hand Stamped Sentiments! For my spin on the challenge I have taken the liberty to add Gold Glimmer to tie it all together. I started with some Flower Flair cutouts and then I watercolored them. Once dry I detailed them with a black marker and then stamped the "hello" images which come from the set Memories in the Making. The pieces are all laid out on a piece of Shine On DSP.

A New Crush
What have I been missing for almost an entire year? CUCUMBER CRUSH! I am totally crushin' on the freshest shade of green and lovin' Cucumber Crush. When I first saw the color I was not drawn to it, BUT now when combined with other saturated colors like Melon Mambo it's fantabulastic!!!

Spring Botanical Beauties
Greetings Creation Station stamp friends from near and far! This month's blog hop features the Botanical Gardens stamps and Builder Framelits. I decided to pair the Botanical Framelits with the Shine On DSP and Watercolor Paper. To start, I just cut a a big pile of flowers and leaves and then had some fun adding color to them with an Aqua Painter.
This gift enclosure style card is a 3" x 3" top fold cutie. The "for you" comes from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits.
The Shine On DSP, which is card stock weight, is fabulous for making boxes and bags. This box was made with the Gift Box Punch Board. I made the extra large box with a full 12" x 12" sheet. To mix it up a bit I put the flaps on the outside. I used another piece from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlets for the "enjoy" and a few white accents for a fun detail.
The Shine One DSP works up nicely for a Mini Treat Bag too! I love the Pool Party Glitter Ribbon and the "thanks" image from the Suite Sayings stamp set.
I am so happy to have had you pop by my blog. I am sure you are going to enjoy your next stop on the hop.
