Soft Spring Tones

Hello everybody and welcome to a sketch challenge brought to you by Hand Stamped Sentiments!  It's a very cute sketch which just beckons to use balloons.  Sometimes once I see something in a sketch I can't "unsee" it.

I have used the Sunburst Thinlets Die with the Balloon Framelits to cut all the shapes for my card.  The texture was created with the Softly Falling TIEF.  I used my Aquapainter and inkpads to watercolor the balloons and banners.  The colors include Mint Macaron, Pear Pizzazz, Blushing Bride, and gold from the sequins and embossing powder.
