I'm Garland Crazy
I have always enjoyed hanging garlands over my mantle. I have bunches of them for any and all seasons. Well, over the past week I have made seven! This one is for the 4th of July and the picture (which is not the best) does not do it justice!!! It is super sweet in person. It has my most favorite thing of all -- GLITTER and great dimension. I used the pennant die for the Big Shot and SU! designer series paper from last summer. I thought it said "America" and apple pie!

Love Stories Cake Box
My chocolate cake in the post below was put inside this box. I love these boxes as a gift card holder they are so easy to put together. The box is a 12" square scored at 4" on all four sides. To form the box bottom you will need to cut from the edge of the cardstock on the 4" scoreline to the intersecting scoreline which is 4" in. Turn the cardstock and repeat the cut, turn and repeat cut two more times. When finished with the four cuts it will sort of resemble how a pinwheel would be cut. The lid is a 7 1/2" square scored at 1 5/8" on all four sides. Cut on the scoreline to the intersecting scoreline on two sides only to form tabs to create box lid. Check back tomorrow for the inside detailed views.

Chocolate Wedding Cake
This cake is super sweet in person. I used the Love Stories Simply Scrappin' kit with some added pretties, bling, and ribbons. To get some dimension on the cake topper. I trimmed a large flower from the Pretties Kit and then folded and twisted it before adding it to the top. If you look close you'll see I have layered some Flower Fusion flowers as well.
If you are thinking of getting the 3-D Pop Up Cake die I highly recommend it. It is tons of fun!

I'm Still Here, Just Super Busy
So, I spent most of last week making party favors and take out boxes for a Bat Mitzvah. I also have spent lots of time sewing for work, which means I have not have lots of time to stamp. This is a picture of the party favors I made. They are simple and matched the table linens and flowers exactly. I used the Matchbox die from Stampin' Up! and filled each with four Hershey's nuggets. I also made coordinating table names. Everything looked fabulous. Check back in a few days for a very cute wedding box.
