Creation Station Stampin' Blends Blog Hop

The Creation Station Design Team hops on the first Sunday of every month. Being that it is Sunday, September 1st it's a hop day. Today we are sharing projects that include Stampin' Blends. For my Wildflower Designs cards I used Blends to color stamped images and to splatter.

To color these wildflower stamped images I used Moody Mauve, Wild Wheat, and Ivory. I really like to use the Ivory blend as it pairs well with the Basic Beige Cardstock. Take a close look and you'll see I splattered the Basic White hexagon layer with Blends. I love how the splatters soften the white and add a bit of depth.

After sanding the "hello" I used a Wild Wheat Blend to add some more color.

I love the mix of colors in this card. Especially all the Wild Wheat and gold tones mixed with Crumb Cake, Moody Mauve, and Early Espresso.

Are you enjoying our Stampin' Blends themed Hop? Next in the line up is Kathy Kartak over at Kathy's Stamping Studio. Let's pop over and see how she has used Blends.
