This was the last card I made for the Artisan Entries. In fact I made it the day I mailed my submissions off to Stampin' Up! I had planned to do an MDS hybrid card, but I didn't order the cards in time. My hybrid card was filled with a rainbow of chevrons and was super cool. I had given myself a deadline that if my order hadn't arrived I would have to make a change of plans--and that is exactly what happened. I knew I wanted to include a rainbow of some sort on my new card so I quickly went to work making a new look. Sitting on my stamp table was this watercolor rainbow piece from my stamp class so, I decided to gussy it up a bit and make a CUTE card. I paired my dripping rainbow with the Cloudy Day TIEF and Designer Buttons. If you take a closer look at the clouds you will see that I dabbed each with Illumniate Ink to make them glisten.
