I used everything from the Zoo Crew Suite Collection for this card along with the Stylish Shapes Dies, the Wanted to Say Dies, and a variety of Stampin' Blends.

I just love this card. You are so creative! Can I ask what size your finished card is? Did you start with a 4 1/4" x 11" piece of cardstock? Thanks for sharing.
