Have you collected a pack of Tutti Frutti Cards and Envelopes as one of your free choices from Sale-A-Bration? I have to say the cards are SUPER awesome and the envelopes are SUPER SUPER awesome. SU! added a print to the inside of the envelopes that makes them totally charming.
I designed this card to work perfectly with any of the four color cards from the Tutti Frutti pack. I stamped on Whipser White with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink and then added a rainbow of blends to the Happy Birthday Wishes to You images. Once everything was stamped and colored I ran it through he Big Shot and the Scattered Sequins Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. A trio of balloons with twine ties and rhinestones finish the card.
