My Preview Day is Here! (Blog Candy Alert)

I have two posts today because today is my preview day for the Holiday Edition of Create with Connie and Mary, and it's Fabric Friday.  My first project today is super cool.  But first I have to ask, "Do you want a chance to win a FREE subscription to Create with Connie and Mary?"  If you do, just leave a comment on my blog today and be entered to win--it's that easy.
I call my AWESOME project, and I might add quick and fun, a Mica Snowflake Gift in a Card.  It's an ornament perfect for mailing as it is lightweight and they whip up in no time.

I have used a bunch of new accessories from the brand new Holiday Mini Catalog.  But the two stars of my snowflake project ornament are the Shaker Frames and the Mica Flakes.  For a full color step by step tutorial click over to Create with Connie and Mary to download the file.  You will find even more great stuff there.  All the preview projects are there, or will be there in the next few days.  They are free and give you a perfect idea of what you get with the subscription series.  Go and have some fun.

I can definitely see myself making this and maybe using as a teacher gift--with highschoolers I want to show my appreciation to all my kid's teachers and this looks perfect. Thanks -Mary Brown (The other Mary Brown lol)
