You’re So Hip

This week's color challenge at #TGIF375 is light and breezy.  We're mixing Flirty Flamingo, Blushing Bride, and Soft Seafoam.

I just received the Hippest Hippos Bundle and decided to give the stamps a bit of ink.  I thought a soft pink and green hippo would be fun so, I went for it.  I stamped the hippo with Smokey Slate ink on Basic White and then colored it with Light and Dark Flirty Flamingo and Soft Seafoam Stampin' Blends.  I did add a touch of Calypso Coral to the tiny flower.  

I used two die sets for this card, the Stitched Rectangles and the Hippos.  There are some adorable pieces in the Hippo Dies.  That's where I got the waves, boat, life preserver, snorkel, goggles, and splash dots.  

To bring in a sunny background I stamped the Rays of Sunshine stamp on a panel of Basic White with Blushing Bride ink which had first been stamped off.
