A Few More Birds

Welcome to another Monday Montage Blog Hop!  Did you pop over from Dani's Thoughtful Corner?  If so don't you love her amazing projects?  She always shares totally delightful ideas.  Or, maybe you started the hop here and you'll finish with Dani.  Either way hop all the way through and be inspired with a bit of hand stamped fun.

I have a pair of bird cards made using the Lilypad Lake Stamp Set and Lakeside Framelits.  My colors for this first carfare Pink Pirouette, Petal Pink, Granny Apple Green, Soft Sea Foam, and Basic Black ink pads.  The card base is Soft Sea Foam with a panel of Whisper White cardstock.

For this card I added in some Pool Party and the base is Powder Pink.  Both cards have waterlilies watercolored with an Aquapainter and ink from ink pads.  With the new ink pad cases I find it a tad bit harder to squeeze the lids for ink, so I tap a clear block directly on the pad from which
to pick up the ink color.
