#TGIF151

Roses, tulips, and hypericum berries...who doesn't love a spring mixed bouquet?  So, for this inspiration challenge I grabbed the perfect stamp set Blooming Basket for #TGIF 151.

I had this vision for a layout so I gave it a try and loved the simplicity.  With the Stitched Shapes Framelits O laid out four squares in two rows of two.  The sticking lines gives a simple bit of texture and interest to perfectly highlight the basket of roses and berries image.
In the photo below you can see how I used one of the Bunch of Banners Framelits to make a banner for the greeting.  It was so easy to clip it to the perfect size.  I used the same set of Framelits to cut a So Saffron banner to place behind the fussy cut basket.
To color the flowers and basket I used the Watercolor Pencils and an Aquapainter.  Linen Thread, which is one of my favorites, and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter are the last touches I used to finish up my card.
