NEVER! You can never have too much bling in my opinion. Put it on this and that, put it here and there, put it everywhere. These strings of rhinestones came from the egg decorating kit found in the Occasions Mini Catalog. The kit also has some great rub ons and die cuts. For this card I made another paper flower to anchor the project with a strong focal point. I don't know if you can see it very well, but there is shimmer paint spritzed all over--it just adds to the "bling" effect. I also love the mini jewel tag. The stamp and the punch are also both from the mini. You have until the end of April to purchase these amazing must have products.
