Monday Montage is Simple and Sweet for a Friend

Hello and welcome to another Monday Montage Blog Hop.  Earlier this week I made this sweet and simple Daisy Lane card for a friend.  I kept the layout clean and sleek yet the stitched detail, the linen thread, and the tuck of Silver Glimmer Paper added just enough variety to give the card some style.  A blend of 2019-2021 In Color DSP lead my color palette and then backed my daisy panel.

I did most of the stampin' directly on the Whisper White rectangle panel.  Each of the daisies first layer is stamped with the stem on the panel then I stamped two more daisies on a separate piece of paper to be punched with the matching daisy punch.  This added a quick and easy bit of pizzazz/dimension.  I think the daisy centers are fabulous!  I made them by simply sticking the largest of the Seaside Spray color In Color Faceted Gems in the middle of each flower.  The very last thing I did was to flick a bit of ink dots all over for some texture.

Thanks for visiting today.  We will catch you in two weeks for our next Monday Montage Hop.  In the meantime, happy stampin'.  Next up in our hop is Julie Warnick.  She has something fun for you to see and be inspired by.
