ReplyDeleteLove the new DSP - looks just like some of the fabric that I have in my stash! Simple, yet beautiful card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! It is reminiscent of those Valentine's we made in school, but wow, nothing I ever made back then even comes close to this! Who knew back then that some construction paper and a white paper doily would inspire such creativity. Love the ala carte stamp and that dsp is perfect.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing such a pretty card with us! I especially like the dark heart against the paler shades. It really stands out yet doesn't dominate the rest of the design. Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful card with many terrific layers and delightful touches. I agree with Janice about the use of gray used with the typical colors of Valentine. I like the large heart going off the side and I love the pleated ribbon.

What a very pretty card! I haven't immersed myself in Stampin' Up! ...and honestly, have avoided it because I feel overwhelmed by all the choices out there. But I think you CAN teach this old dog new tricks, so I may have to see what y'all have to offer. I'm a new follower, popping over here from the Create with Connie etc site...
ReplyDeleteVERY NICE card!!!
