Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge

The time has come for another color challenge for the design team and any and all of you at Hand Stamped Sentiments.  For this challenge you need to include Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, and Baked Brown Sugar.  I do realize that it's that time of year to be stamping and whipping up cards and tags for the season, but the colors just were not saying Christmas to me.  I am sure on another day they might but they definitely didn't when I was creating this 3" x 6" tall card.
Layered under the panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock, which I punched with the Chevron Punch, is a piece of Sweater Weather DSP.  I little background stampin' with the Beautifully Baroque image was the look I was going for to set the stage for my burlap ribbon rose.  The "thanks" image is from the Thank You Photopolymer set and the scrunchy yellow leaf is a leftover from my Thanksgiving Tablescape pack.

  1. LOVE the burlap rose! So very elegant, yet the card is not too overdone! Beautiful!

  2. I love the burlap rose! What a great idea to use the burlap for making your rose and your layout is great! TFS

  3. Just beautiful...and two of my favorite things, burlap and glitter - they are divine together on your card!
