So You Kit Put to Great Use!

Happy summer everyone and welcome to another Monday Montage Blog Hop!  The So You mini album kit from the Occasions Catalog was a huge hit.  It was so big it sold out.  I bought my kit early on and finished my book not too long ago.  I decided this would be the perfect time to share my album.
I didn't want to add too much to the already amazingly stocked kit, but I did include the Hello Life stamp set with a White Staz On ink pad and the Little Letters Framelits to add some titles and journaling to my mini book.  All of the stampin' and lettering was done on the clear window sheets that came with the kit.  Each was then inserted in the page protector over each corresponding photo.
I used the Little Letters to cut some titles for my pages.  Some are actually adhered to the front, yes I said front, of the page protector as I like that look of dimension and texture.  The photo above is an example of that.  The next two photos show my "take it to plan B" which turned out way better than plan A.
Plan "A" was to simply cut some clear letters out to add to my pages.   I had arranged my letters on the bottom of the window sheet to save space and when I ran it through my Big Shot, I knew it was thick so I ran it back and forth and back again, it didn't cut the letters out.  The window sheets were just way too thick to cut out with framelits, BUT it leaves a great impression for a fun look.  So I grabbed an alcohol marker (Coastal Cabana Blendability) and colored the back side for a super cool title to my page spread.
